Call to Order
Lisa Dommes called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m., noting the presence of a quorum.

Approval of Minutes
George DeMartz moved to approve the minutes of the January 6, 2021 Board of Directors Organizational Meeting as presented. Chris Schriver seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

Update of Bank Accounts
Chris Schriver moved to update the association bank accounts to remove the current signatories and add the President (Lisa Dommes), Vice President (George DeMartz), Treasurer (Willie Lee “Bill” Jones, III), and Board Member Chiles Cridlin as signatories. Theresa Bell seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

Access to Software and Email Accounts
Chiles Cridlin moved to remove access of prior Board members to the Membership Works software account and add Membership Chair Greg Boggs and the other members of the Membership Committee. Theresa Bell seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

Lisa Dommes reported that she updated the bod@mabbqa.com, maba@mabbqa.com, and the other email addresses associated with the website domain to the corresponding Board members.
